SUMMER: Everything is ripe and FANTASTIC !!!

Therse encourages me to try another fresh raspberry...The only way to eat these is in Newcastle on a rug, under a huge shady fig tree...with the Saturday Papers...then a swim...Life is for livin !!


Therese made a new years resolution to cook tastier meals one night a week...here she is in full flight working on a main and desert...all made from scratch !!!

That is the desert being made (see next post below for details).The main was a chicken and mushroom dream concoction in filo pastry...FANTASTIC !!!

This is an entree for home BBQs...potato chips cooked on the plate...eaten with lots of salt ..pick em up with tongs...not too slimming but a great taste...gotta try this one in winter
